For the bread I use this recipe from Serious Eats -- I make 3 cups flour with 3:1 bread flour to whole wheat flour and I use a little less yeast than this recipe as per another recipe in NY Times.<br /><br />http://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2011/06/better-no-knead-bread-recipe.html<br /><br />I then bake it in the 1300w round-top oven in one of the pictures above in a stainless steel pot covered for the first 20 minutes.
