Roll (rolling pin and board) out till it is about 3/4 of an inch thick, covered on each side w flour. Cut in Diamond pattern. Drop each peice in boiling water. When it floats to the top, it's ready. Then sprinkle with bread crumbs and sugar/cinimon as you fry each peice with butter or margarine.

This recipe came with my grandmother from Kaunas in 1914, and was handed down to me from my mother. I never see it posted anywhere. It is a very mild dish and was my favorite as a child.

Enjoy.
Annahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06547458959252927373noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7373525592618391216.post-21046567281186461322013-01-21T22:23:21.738-05:002013-01-21T22:23:21.738-05:00I’m impressed, I have to admit. Now i'm very happy I stumbled across this in my search for something regarding this.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7373525592618391216.post-46506728234215410292012-12-19T10:25:38.619-05:002012-12-19T10:25:38.619-05:00I just love the shape of this pillow case cheese- ...I just love the shape of this pillow case cheese- the tear drop with the seam markings is GREAT !!
